Durham County Council v Hall - subsequent dismissal did not break chain of causation at review hearing

A claimant is entitled, on review, to compensation for future losses based on an employer's failure to put into effect an Employment Tribunal's recommendations. The chain of causation is not broken by that employee's subsequent dismissal for redundancy which would not have occurred had the recommendations been implemented.
