DWP v Alam - disciplinary hearings and reasonable adjustments for DDA 1995 purposes

Even if a disciplinary hearing is a "provision, criterion or practice" applied by an employer (thus requiring him to make reasonable adjustments to accommodate a disabled employee) it does not follow that a written warning which was the outcome of the disciplinary hearing was itself a "provision, criterion or practice" applied by the employer.
