E A Gibson Shipbrokers Ltd v J Staples - Failure to make reasonable adjustments [2007] EAT

Mr Staples was dismissed from his role as a director at EA Gibson after a long period of sick absence due to a heart condition. The employment tribunal found that he was disabled under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and that, had adjustments been made, he would not have been dismissed. EA Gibson appealed.
