E-Zec Medical Transport Services Ltd v Gregory - Completely subjective selection system made redundancy unfair  EAT
E-Zec made Ms Gregory redundant and an employment tribunal held that this constituted unfair dismissal. Although a redundancy situation did exist, there was no consultation. The tribunal also criticsed the subjective marking criteria in the selection process, the way that marking was done, and the failure of an appeal process to rectify defects. E-Zec appealed.
