EBR Attridge Law (1) Law (2) v Coleman - Disability Discrimination, carers and interpretation of UK law in the light of EU law [2009] EAT

The EAT has confirmed that the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 should be interpreted by inserting words making it unlawful for an employer to discriminate against an employee who is primary carer of a disabled person by reason of that person's disability.
