Edem v Egg PLC & anor - Striking-out/dismissal [2006] EAT

The EAT held that an employment tribunal had been correct to strike out claims that were out of time or otherwise hopeless but should not have struck out one very minor claim for travel expenses which was in time and could theoretically succeed even if the main race and sex discrimination claims failed.
