ET applied wrong test when considering whether dismissal was by reason of "whistleblowing".
In deciding whether the principal reason for dismissing an employee was that the employee had made a protected disclosure, it is wrong to focus only on a "last straw" disclosure; rather an employment tribunal should also take any past "whistleblowing" history into account.
