Faulkner v. Hampshire Constabulary - Indirect sex discrimination justified [2007] EAT

Hampshire Police Force have a policy which allows police officers to work with other police officers with whom they have a "partner, family or emotional relationship" provided the work does not involve them being in supervisor/subordinate roles.
