Federal Republic Of Nigeria v Ogbonna - No state immunity for claim that discrimination caused personal injury [2011] EAT

State Immunity precludes an employment tribunal considering a claim for unfair dismissal by someone working in another state's mission in the UK; however, that immunity does not extend to personal injury claims, which include claims for physical and mental harm caused by alleged discriminatory treatment.
