Fernandez v Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration and the Health Service Commissioner - Appeal against "no discrimination" finding rejected [2006] EAT

Mr Fernandez, a barrister employed by the Ombudsman Service, was dismissed on grounds of gross misconduct, namely harassment of a female co-employee. He claimed direct racial discrimination, direct sex discrimination, victimisation and unfair dismissal.

He won his unfair dismissal claim but lost all the other claims at a tribunal.
