The dissolution of an NHS Trust ended the claimant's employment. Albeit their subsequent employment with an NHS Board was analogous to a TUPE transfer, (whereby the new employer "inherited" liability from the old) nonetheless, for the purposes of bringing an Equal Pay Claim in respect of the earlier employment, time ran from the end of that earlier employment.
