  • Collective Redundancies and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Amendment) Regulations 1995, SI 1995/2587 came into force on 26th October 1995 (but in the main did not apply to dismissals before 1st March 1996).
  • Collective Redundancies (Amendment) Regulations 2006, SI 2006/2387 makes minor amendments to TULRCA 1992, s.193 with effect from 1st October 2006.
