Frederics v Kingston University - appeal against strike out order dismissed

In 2006 Mr Frederics brought various claims against the University, including claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal and disability discrimination.  For various reasons, including Mr Frederics ill health, the claims did not progress.
