Gab Robins (UK) Ltd v Triggs - Calculation of compensatory award [2007] EAT

Mrs Triggs won a constructive unfair dismissal claim at an Employment Tribunal. She had been a loyal employee who worked long hours without extra pay in order to assist a bullying manager. She had suffered stress since at least April 2001. The ET found that that she remained an employee until 15th March 2005 and had then been constructively unfairly dismissed.
