Gokce v Scottish Ambulance Service - Disparity of treatment did not make dismissal unfair [2007] EAT

Mrs Gokce worked as a dispatcher in the Ambulance Service Control Room. She and two colleagues were dismissed for gross misconduct when they arranged for an ambulance to take one of them home from a nightclub. The ambulance crew were not dismissed. The tribunal found the dismissals were fair. Mrs Gokce appealed.
