Green v Metroline London Northern Ltd [2006] EAT

Mr Green, a bus mechanic, was dismissed after he refused to give his consent for his employers to contact the DVLA and subsequently failed to attend "fact finding interviews" because he was ill. The original tribunal found that his dismissal was unfair but that he was 30% to blame for his dismissal. On appeal, the case was sent back to the tribunal which this time found that his contributory fault was 20%.
