Harassment
- Employers are liable for harassment in the workplace by themselves and by their employees but not by third parties.
- Harassment is ‘unwanted conduct related to’ age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
- Conduct is assessed with regard to subjective perception and objective reasonableness.
