Hardys & Hansons Plc v Lisa Lax - Sex discrimination and injury to feelings compensation [2005] EAT

Mrs Lax had earlier won her sex discrimination and unfair dismissal claims (the employer had failed to produce justification for its refusal to allow her to return to work on a job-share basis after maternity leave).

The EAT has reduced her injury to feelings award from £14K to £10K.
