Hasan v Commissioners of Police of the Metropolis - Immunity from suit [2006] EAT

Mr Hasan lodged a discrimination claim against the Metropolitan Police (plus claims for racial and religious harassment). He had been a probationary constable and the claim arose from the fact that, after proceedings had been taken against him under the Police Regulations 2003, he had been dismissed.
