Heathrow Express Operating Company Ltd v Jenkins [2007] EAT

Train worker Mrs Jenkins, pricked herself with a needle whilst cleaning a train. Although she was subsequently cleared of HIV infection, she became very stressed, went on sick leave and was eventually dismissed. She took her employers to an emloyment tribunal which found that she had been unfairly dismissed on grounds of her disability, ordered re-instatement and damages.
