Hemmings v Hardshelfco 122 Ltd and Hardman & Co Solicitors - Determination of proper employer [2006] EAT

Mr Hemmings asserted a tribunal was in error in holding his claim should be against a limited company which was in liquidation rather than against a firm of solicitors. The question was which was his employer.

The EAT dismissed his appeal as there was no error of law by the tribunal.
