HM Attorney General v Bruce - No stay of order on account of intention to appeal [2006] EAT
An Order once made by the EAT will remain in force unless there is a good reason why it should be stayed. A declaration by the person concerned that he intends to seek leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal is not a "good reason".
