Home Office v Bailey, Martin, and Beachcroft - Appeals to CA and costs orders [2005] EAT

EAT rules it has power to make a partial costs order where some points argued were good but others were "unnecessary, improper, vexatious or misconceived ".

Also leave to appeal to the Court of Appeal refused as no real prospect of success and no other compelling reason for granting permission to appeal.
