Hood v CCS Limited & Davie - Time limits and continuing sex harassment [2007] EAT

Ms Hood worked for CCS, a company providing contract cleaning services. She had previously been married to Mr Davie, the managing director of the company, who had a reputation for using foul and abusive language to all his employees. In May 2003 she brought a claim alleging sexual harassment by Mr Davie but more than three months after the date of her last contact with him in December 2002.
