Howe v London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham - Tribunal had not erred in unfair dismissal case [2010] EAT

An Employment Tribunal will be held not to have erred provided that it has not substituted its own view of the facts, has verified the adequacy of the employer's investigation into an employee’s alleged misconduct, and has not made a perverse or unreasonable decision.
