Industrial & Municipal Projects Ltd v Boyle - EAT not to "perform microsurgery" on ET decision

The EAT must not "perform microsurgery" on an employment tribunal decision; rather it must take care not to embark on too pernickety a critique of the decision, or to go through it with a fine toothcomb.
