Ingram v Bristol Street Parts - 100% reduction from unfair dismissal compensation [2007] EAT
Miss Ingram had worked as an accounts clerk for 17 years for a company which delivered car parts to garages. She was dismissed for gross misconduct (hiding cash discrepancies by "Teeming and Lading" ie offsetting cash received against earlier invoices whose payments in turn were used to pay even earlier invoices).
