Interclean Bus Services Ltd v Mudanowho - Burden of proof [2007] EAT

Ms Mudanowho was dismissed after 4 months from her job cleaning buses. She alleged that this was an act of race discrimination and that her employers, Interclean, had a policy of dismissing black Africans in order to employ Portuguese staff instead. The ET found in Ms Mudanowho's favour. Interclean appealed.
