Jackson v Cambridgeshire County Council and others - wasted costs and whether a representative is "acting in pursuit of profit"
A wasted costs order can be made against a representative of a party in employment tribunal proceedings only if the representative was acting "in pursuit of profit" and a representative's statement that he was not so acting must be properly considered by an employment tribunal which is minded to make a wasted costs order.
