Mr Jama suffered post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). After months of poor attendance, lateness, and failures to cooperate with efforts to obtain occupational health advice, he was dismissed. The employment tribunal found that he was disabled but that his employer did not, and could not, know this - and so their treatment of him was justified. Mr Jama appealed
