James v Blockbuster Entertainment Ltd.- Costs orders [2006] EAT

This appeal concerns costs orders, £1,000 which was made due to a costs hearing being postponed because of a disturbance in the court, and £10,000 due to the striking out of two claims. The EAT found that the £10,000 costs order should be set aside, as the striking-out order had been set aside. But it upheld the other costs order, even though it had been made as a result of the striking-out order.
