No abuse of process to submit whistleblowing complaint after other claims

The EAT in James v Public Health Wales NHS Trust UKEAT/0170/14 has held that it was not an abuse of process for an individual to submit claims for unlawful deductions and a failure to provide itemised pay statements whilst still employed and then after her dismissal to bring claims for unfair dismissal and whistleblowing, referring to the circumstances of her earlier claims as some of the detriments.
