Jananyagam v Commonwealth Secretariat - Immunity from suit and human rights [2007] EAT

The Commonwealth Secretariat is immune from most types of lawsuit by virtue of the Commonwealth Secretariat Act 1966 (as amended by the International Organisations Act 2005. The Secretariat claimed immunity from suit when a contract worker alleged sex and race discrimination.
