Jansen van Rensburg v RB Kingston-upon-Thames & ors - likelihood of facts being established can properly be taken into account in ordering deposit - EAT 16.10.07

An employment tribunal considered that Ms van Rensburg's claims of sex and race discrimination had little propsect of success, and so ordered her (under Employment Tribunal Regulations 2004 Rule 20) to pay a £100 before her claim could proceed. She failed to do so and her claim was struck out. Ms van Rensburg appealed to the EAT
