Jefferson (Commercial) LLP v Westgate - no absolute requirement for meeting in order for dismissal to be fair

Although in most cases meetings and discussions are required about a proposed dismissal if it is not to be found unfair, nonetheless there is no absolute rule that a dismissal cannot be fair if there were no such meetings: each case depends on its own circumstances.
