Johnston v Welsh National Opera - misconstruction by Tribunal of term in contract of employment

If a Tribunal misconstrues a significant term in a contract of employment and an alternative construction could have led to its making a different finding as to the reasonableness of an employer's conduct in dismissing an employee, the case must be remitted for a re-hearing by a different Tribunal.
