Although a single person can be an "economic entity" for purposes of the TUPE regulations, this will only be so if the work he or she is doing remains the same throughout.

Miss Beardmore had worked since around 2000 for Mr Jones and his father who, in partnership, ran a farm near Oswestry.   Separately Mr Jones jnr also owned a small brewery (the Offa's Dyke Brewery) and a public house known as the Barley Mow Inn in Trefonnen.
