Kantoh v Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust - Tribunal judgement had inadequate reasoning [2011] EAT

Mr Kantoh, a deputy ward manager, was dismissed for gross misconduct following allegations of sexual harassment. He complained to an employment tribunal alleging unfair dismissal and race discrimination.
