Keane v Investigo & ors - unsuccessful job applicant cannot win discrimination claim if no intention to accept the job

A job applicant who applies for a job which he or she does not want in the hope of being rejected for a reason which amounts to potentially unlawful discrimination will not have have suffered a detriment and so will not succeed in a discrimination claim.
