Kingston-upon-Hull City Council v Matuszowicz - When considering time limits tribunal must always distinguish between continuing act and one-off act with continuing consequences [2008] EAT
Mr Matuszowicz claimed disability discrimination. An employment judge ruled three of his complaints out of time but a fourth, based on a failure to transfer Mr Matuszowicz to a different work location, was not and could proceed. It was a continuing act and so fell within the relevant time limits. The Council appealed.
