We recently reported how, despite his having succeeded in an appeal on the substance of his employment tribunal claim, the EAT refused to dismiss a sizeable costs order made against him (see the separate EAT decision of 14 April 2008. This, of course, serves as a good illustration of the particular nature of the costs regime in employment tribunals.
