Ms Sarah Primmer was dismissed from her job at the Rendezvous Café in Plymouth. She brought various claims, including unfair dismissal, unpaid wages and sex harassment, against 4 respondents, Mayflower Kebabs Ltd, Laxtone Ltd (which had succeeded to Mayflower Kebabs' business), Mr Kemal Koyunco and Mr Malik Aldogan (who owned the two companies and were Directors and/or Company Secretary).
