Langston v BERR - contributory conduct must be blameworthy to trigger reduction in unfairly dismissed employee's compensation

Employment tribunal failed to look at whether contributory conduct was within the employee's control, or was blameworthy or culpable, when deciding that a finding of unfair dismissal should be followed by a 100% reduction in compensation.
