Leonard v Scottish Prison Service - dismissal was not for reason with which employee was not properly charged

An ET was entitled, on the evidence before it, to conclude that this was not a case where an employee was dismissed for a reason with which he had not been properly charged, but that he was, in fact, fairly dismissed for gross misconduct.
