Lewald-Jezierska v Solicitors in law & ors - tribunal found in favour of employee but failed to provide suitable remedy
Ms Lewald-Jezierska brought claims under 8 separate heads (ranging from unfair dismissal to sex discrimination) against her employer and won 4 of them. However she was awarded zero for unfair dismissal due to a "100% certainty that [she] would have been dismissed" if a fair procedure had been followed and was ordered to pay the employer's costs as she "... acted unreasonably in the presentation of her claims and was misconceived in placing them before the Tribunal".
