Where an unfair dismissal claim has not been presented within the three-month time limit and it was not reasonably practicable to do so, the Tribunal must consider what constitutes a "further reasonable period" for presenting the claim. In the circumstances of this case, filing the claim 11 days after the deadline went beyond a further reasonable period, particularly because no reason was given for this delay.
