Live Nation (Venues) UK Ltd v Hussain, Murtagh v Hussain, Newman v Hussain - it is not age discrimination to dismiss an employee suspected of having "ageist tendencies" - EAT 22.10.08

53 year old Mr Hussain was front-of-house manager at the Bristol Hippodrome Theatre for 23 years until his dismissal. Dismissal followed the conclusion at a disciplinary hearing that Mr Hussain was "beyond management control".
