London Borough of Newham v Bone - Certificates of correction [2007] EAT

Miss Bone brought claims against her employers, London Borough of Newham, for sex discrimination, victimisation and constructive dismissal. An employment tribunal found in her favour on a number of her discrimination claims and found that her dismissal was unfair. At the remedies hearing it became clear that the judgment was open to different interpretations as to whether or not the dismissal was simply unfair or was the result of sex discrimination.
