Loosley v Social Action for Health - Redundancy following customer's dissatisfaction with a particular employee EAT
Mr Loosley was a mental health worker employed by a charity (Social Action for Health). The work he did was funded by Tower Hamlets Local Authority but they were unhappy with his performance and cut the funding. They proposed funding for different work but indicated that they did not want Mr Loosley to do it. Social Action for Health accepted the proposal and did not offer the work to Mr Loosley.
