Lynch v. Bromley Arts Council [2007] EAT

Following a dispute regarding overtime, Mr Lynch and his wife claimed constructive dismissal, citing a breakdown of trust and confidence. The tribunal rejected on the facts the principal elements of his case, including a claim for 7,000 hours of overtime - worth in excess of £30,000 - " relating to a period spanning four and a half years."
